Gurusiksha app for the teachers is that learning platform, which helps the teachers in finding the students as per their requirement. Teachers are the backbone of society and only their guidance can make students build a bright career for themselves. From this app, teachers can connect with the students based on their preferred choices of place and time.

How this app of Gurusiksha works?

There are basically some simple steps using which teachers can enroll them in our app.

• Firstly the tutors who want to get the students through our app must register themselves in this app with complete details. This includes mentioning the name, age, place of preference, class details and the amount of time he/she can allot to a particular student. The process of registration is absolutely free.

• After the completion of this process, the counselors will get in touch with the teachers to guide them for the next step in the registration process.

• Thirdly, the teachers need to make a recharge on our app to view and contact the students or the leads of their preferred choices.

• There are 4 packages allotted in our app out of which a teacher can choose any one of them as per their need and budget.

• After the teacher had made the payment by making the recharge through our app then they can view the contact details of the students and can contact them as per the teacher’s preference.

a) All the leads that are offered to the teachers after they had selected the packages from us are basically tele-verified leads. Better to say, that all the leads are filtered and verified from the counselor's end. Hence, there is less scope for getting any used up students database. But in our case, we first verify the leads properly then we provide those leads to the teachers.

b) A maximum of 5 teachers can make a call on a particular lead. This actually means that on a particular lead or on the database of a student only five teachers can make a call to contact the student. Infinite numbers of teachers are not allowed to make a call on a particular lead.

f) A proper counseling support will be provided by Gurusiksha to all the enrolled teachers if they face any difficulty before and after they have made the recharge in our app.

g) They can also increase the count of students from the leads they have received from our app.

Bagaimana aplikasi Gurusiksha ini berfungsi?

Pada dasarnya terdapat beberapa langkah mudah yang menggunakan mana guru boleh mendaftarkan mereka dalam aplikasi kami.

• Pertama tutor yang ingin mendapatkan pelajar melalui aplikasi kami mesti mendaftarkan diri mereka dalam aplikasi ini dengan butiran lengkap. Ini termasuk menyebut nama, umur, tempat pilihan, butiran kelas dan jumlah masa yang boleh dibagikan kepada pelajar tertentu. Proses pendaftaran adalah percuma.

• Setelah selesai proses ini, kaunselor akan menghubungi guru untuk membimbing mereka untuk langkah seterusnya dalam proses pendaftaran.

• Ketiga, guru perlu membuat bayaran balik pada aplikasi kami untuk melihat dan menghubungi pelajar atau pemimpin pilihan pilihan mereka.

• Terdapat 4 pakej yang diperuntukkan dalam aplikasi kami yang mana seorang guru boleh memilih salah satu daripada mereka mengikut keperluan dan anggaran mereka.

• Selepas guru membuat pembayaran dengan membuat bayaran melalui aplikasi kami maka mereka dapat melihat butiran perhubungan pelajar dan boleh menghubungi mereka mengikut keutamaan guru.

b) Maksimum 5 orang guru boleh membuat panggilan ke atas suatu petunjuk tertentu. Ini sebenarnya bermakna bahawa pada satu petunjuk tertentu atau pada pangkalan data pelajar hanya lima guru boleh membuat panggilan untuk menghubungi pelajar. Bilangan guru yang tidak terhingga tidak dibenarkan membuat panggilan ke arah yang tertentu.

c) Guru boleh berhubung dengan pelajar mengikut pilihan tempat dan masa mereka sendiri.

d) Mereka juga mempunyai kemudahan untuk berunding dengan ibu bapa mengenai struktur yuran mereka. Seiring dengan itu, jumlah wang yang mereka akan bayar dari hujung pelajar itu akan dimiliki sepenuhnya oleh mereka dan tiada potongan akan dibuat dari akhir kita.

e) Skop untuk memperoleh sejumlah besar wang adalah besar dan jumlah pelaburan sangat kurang di sini.

f) Sokongan kaunseling yang betul akan disediakan oleh Gurusiksha kepada semua guru yang terdaftar jika mereka menghadapi sebarang kesulitan sebelum dan selepas mereka membuat reaksi di dalam aplikasi kami.
